I’m passionate about stress relief, yoga, innovation, understanding people’s needs and making things drop dead easy to use. My background is in Psychology, Cognitive Science and Human Factors Engineering with some other stuff thrown in the mix.
I realized it was time for a change when I felt tired every night, having little energy left for anything. This awareness prompted me to become present and look at my life. Soon I realized why I was stressed: I worked non-stop all day, without breaks, and had difficulty saying no to requests. I embraced and developed stress relief skills that help me lead a more balanced life now.
